Small Group (Saturday)
Saturday Small Group gives members focused coaching in a tighter setting with two back-to-back sessions. Expect functional movements, steady pacing, and enough individual attention to help any skill level train hard and move well.
Athletic Burn (Friday)
Athletic Burn is your Friday reset: a high-energy conditioning session built to keep your heart rate up and your body moving in every direction. It is a strong fit for members who want to improve work capacity, burn calories, and head into the weekend feeling sharp.
Power Hour (Sunday)
Our largest and most immersive class offered. Power Hour is what started our success in classes and has stayed a crow favorite ever since. This class provides incredible energy, atmosphere, and intensity. With the most creative functional movements and a never boring class structure Power Hour will not only leave you with one of the best workouts you’ve ever had, you will leave feeling proud of yourself for what you have accomplished. All levels welcome!
Weeknight Bootcamp Series (Monday - Thursday)
The weekday bootcamp series follows a clear training split so members can build momentum across the week. Monday hits upper body pull, Tuesday lower body squat, Wednesday upper body push, and Thursday lower body hinge. It is structured enough to drive progress and simple enough to drop into consistently.
